After your procedure is scheduled, you will receive an important packet of information with instructions regarding your procedure and information for you to follow. Our staff will contact you via phone prior to your surgical procedure to confirm the date of your procedure and go over the time of your arrival and discuss any details regarding the procedure and instructions you need to follow prior to arriving at the facility. We can also address any questions or concerns you may have at that time.
We ask that you try to arrive promptly for your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your surgery for any reason. Depending on your type of surgery, you should expect to spend 2-3 hours at our center.

Once the procedure is successfully completed, you will be transferred to the recovery area where a Registered Nurse will monitor your vital signs and condition until you wake up. Once you have recovered well enough to get up and walk, we will transfer you to our step-down area where you will receive any discharge instructions or additional information prior to being discharged.
